Flying Time: 4 hours

Ground School: 8 hours instructor lead

Aim: To develop pilot competencies in the recognition, avoidance and early recovery from aircraft upsets by creating resilience through the A.S.K program.

Flight Performance Training builds on this by completing 8 hours theoretical knowledge instruction, pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings and 4 hours of upset recovery training in an aeroplane qualified for the training task to ensure the student has the greatest opportunity to build resilience and competencies associated with upset prevention and recovery.
