Carolin is from Berlin and has a background in aviation, flying as Cabin Crew for Lufthansa and Britannia GmbH. Before she used to work in insurance and corporate events. She moved to the UK in 2000. In 2002 she completed her PPL at Turweston Aeroclub in a Slingsby Firefly. After that she was busy raising two children and looking after various animals. In 2017 she worked in a flying school in operations for a year and then started to build up Flight Performance Training with her Co Directors Adrian and Tony.
